LITTLE STAR [4-6 YEARS OLD]
The UTO Little Star Program was developed specifically for preschool age children ages 4 through 6. This program offers children a strong foundation in essential character qualities such as courtesy, respect, and discipline. In addition, the program is designed to improve children's motor skills and enhance their ability to pay attention and follow directions. This curriculum should provide students with the most fun and exciting training methods available for this age group.
TAEKWONDO KIDS [7-12 YEARS OLD]
UTO Taekwondo Kids Program is a specialized program created exclusively for children ages 7 through 12 and teaches the fundamentals of martial arts. The foundation of the Taekwondo Kids curriculum is the education and development of life skills such as discipline, respect, and self-esteem. With those life skills, students gain a positive mental attitude, learn to set goals and gain confidence in themselves.
TEEN & ADULT
The UTO Taekwondo curriculum program is customized for adult men and women. Unlike a children's program, adult programs focus on high-intensity fitness and real self-defense that applies in today's world.
Most adults can only do so many aerobic classes or run so many solo miles before they start dreaming of something more enjoyable and exciting to do to stay in shape. The UTO Adult Taekwondo curriculum is a great way to stay in shape that doesn't become dull or routine because as soon as you get better and learn more there are always more challenges ahead to keep you inspired and coming back to the school.
